ClientPush Fulfillment Policy

ClientPush is a B2B service provider offering custom outbound lead generation, strategy, and campaign management. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding fulfillment, refunds, cancellations, and delivery.


1. Service Delivery

All services are delivered digitally. Upon receipt of payment, fulfillment begins as follows:

  • Day 0 – Agreement finalized and payment received

  • Days 1–2 – Onboarding, ICP definition, and offer refinement

  • Days 3–14 – Inbox setup, domain warmup, copy and list creation

  • Day 14+ – Campaigns launch and delivery of sales opportunities begins

You will receive weekly performance updates and reporting via email.


2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the strategic, custom-built nature of our services:

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued unless mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

This policy exists because significant time, resources, and intellectual property are invested immediately upon onboarding.


3. Cancellations

ClientPush operates on a month-to-month service model unless otherwise specified.

  • You may cancel your service with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Cancellations made after campaign launch will not receive partial refunds.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to conrad@peeker.ai and are only valid once acknowledged in writing.


4. Returns & Shipping

ClientPush does not ship physical goods. Returns are not applicable. Any dissatisfaction with digital assets or campaign materials should be communicated during your active service window. Reasonable revisions may be offered at our discretion.


5. Ownership & Deliverables

Unless explicitly transferred in writing:

  • ClientPush retains ownership of all campaign content, systems, processes, and generated lead data.

  • Clients will retain access to results (e.g., booked meetings, inboxes) but not the underlying systems or methodologies.


6. Limitations & Responsibilities

  • ClientPush does not guarantee sales or conversions. We generate opportunities—your team is responsible for closing.

  • We are not liable for losses resulting from changes in your sales process, offer, or pipeline.
